Product condition: The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals and warranties.
Labels: All labels must be intact.
Documentation: Please include the original warranty and instruction booklets. If an additional product is missing, the retail value will be deducted from the refund value.

B. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

Customised Products: Custom-made or clearly personalised items.

Sealed Products: Sealed items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons if opened after delivery.

Perishable Products: Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
